Sup!

 

This update is in preparation of the Bloodlust event kicking off later this week. I have been keeping eyes out for all major concerns regarding things with PvP, pathing and overall quality of life. This along with another update coming within the next day or two will address the underlying combat issues and pathing oddities. Anyway, here's the change log for today:

 

  • Automated world events are now active and work as follows:
    • Every few hours a scheduled event will kick off allowing any participants to join. 
    • Winner of each event will be awarded their prizes of OSRS bonds which can be exchanged to a advisor+ staff member for OSRS gp.
    • The upcoming scheduled event can be viewed by navigating over to the quest tab.
    • Optionally, you can also click the event within the quest tab and open up a breakdown of the schedule for the next few days. Schedule updates every few hours to show more upcoming events.
    • Additionally, some events will award the winner a Diamond Blood Key.
  • Two automated events are currently supported which are:
    • HP Events
      • An npc will spawn within a random location where all participants within the event must aim to do the most damage before it dies.
      • Upon dying, a winner is randomly rolled. The chance of a single participant winning is based on their damage dealt. The higher your damage dealt, the higher your chance of winning is.
    • PvP Tournaments
      • A scheduled tournament type will start and participants will fight until only one person remains.
      • The type of PvP preset used can be noted from the schedule in-game.
  • Misc fixes with this update are:
    • Adjusted various weapon specials to combat against any tick delays still being experienced.
    • Fixed a bug allowing players to collect points from Chambers of Xeric when they shouldn't.
    • Fixed a bug causing players who die within high-risk PvP instance to not lose all their items when expected to.
    • Changes to pillar interactions within Revenant's cave to combat against some players becoming stuck.
    • Fixed a bug regarding interactions with bank + preset interfaces.
